Service Strategy
1. Demand communication and consultation

1. Understanding of customer needs: The manufacturer communicates with the customer to understand the customer's specific needs for sodium hypochlorite in detail, including product specifications (such as concentration, capacity, etc.), uses (for water treatment, disinfection, bleaching, etc.), demand, delivery time, etc. For example, water plants have high requirements for the purity and stability of sodium hypochlorite, while ordinary household users may be more concerned about the safety and ease of use of the product.

2. Technical consultation and answers: Provide customers with professional technical consulting services and answer customers' questions about the performance, usage, storage conditions, safety precautions, etc. of sodium hypochlorite. For example, explain to customers the storage requirements of sodium hypochlorite under different temperature and humidity conditions, and the possible dangers of mixing with other chemicals.

2. Plan formulation and quotation

1. Customized plan design: Develop personalized production plans according to customer needs. Including determining the production process, raw material selection, production equipment deployment, quality control standards, etc. If the customer has special packaging requirements or transportation requirements, they will also be considered in the plan. For example, for some customers who need long-distance transportation, the manufacturer will choose appropriate packaging materials and methods to ensure that the product is not damaged during transportation.

2. Cost accounting and quotation: Calculate the cost of producing sodium hypochlorite, including raw material costs, operating costs of production equipment, labor costs, packaging costs, transportation costs, etc. Then, based on the cost accounting results, provide customers with a detailed quotation sheet to clarify product prices, payment methods, delivery deadlines and other terms.

3. Contract signing and production preparation

1. Contract signing: After reaching an agreement with the customer on product specifications, quantity, price, delivery time, quality standards and other terms, sign a formal sales contract. The contract will clarify the rights and obligations of both parties, as well as the liability for breach of contract, to protect the legitimate rights and interests of both parties.

2. Production preparation: Arrange production plans according to contract requirements and prepare raw materials, equipment and personnel required for production. Debug and inspect production equipment to ensure normal operation of equipment; purchase raw materials that meet quality standards, such as sodium hydroxide, chlorine, etc.; arrange professional production personnel for technical training and safety training to ensure the smooth progress of the production process.

4. Production and quality control

1. Production process: Sodium hypochlorite is produced according to the established production process and procedures. During the production process, various production parameters such as reaction temperature, reaction time, raw material ratio, etc. are strictly controlled to ensure the quality and stability of the product. For example, in the process of sodium hypochlorite production by absorbing chlorine with alkali solution, the concentration of alkali solution and the speed of chlorine introduction must be accurately controlled to ensure the full progress of the reaction.

2. Quality inspection: Strict quality inspection of the sodium hypochlorite products produced, including inspection of the product's effective chlorine content, pH, heavy metal content and other indicators, to ensure that the product meets the relevant national standards and customer requirements. For example, the effective chlorine content in sodium hypochlorite is determined using chemical analysis methods such as iodine titration.

3. Quality problem handling: If quality problems are found in the product during the quality inspection process, timely analysis and handling are carried out. For minor quality problems, adjustments and improvements can be made; for serious quality problems, such as the product's effective chlorine content not meeting the standard, the presence of impurities, etc., re-production or other remedial measures are required.

5. Packaging and storage

1. Packaging: Select appropriate packaging materials and methods according to customer requirements and product characteristics. Sodium hypochlorite is usually packaged in plastic barrels, plastic cans or tank trucks. During the packaging process, ensure the sealing and safety of the packaging to prevent product leakage or external contamination. At the same time, mark the product name, specifications, effective chlorine content, production date, shelf life, manufacturer and other information on the packaging for customer identification and use.

2. Storage: Store the packaged sodium hypochlorite products in a dedicated warehouse. The warehouse should be well ventilated, dry, cool, and away from fire, heat sources and flammable materials. Regularly inspect and maintain the products in the warehouse to ensure product quality and safety.

6. Transportation and delivery

1. Transportation arrangements: Select appropriate transportation methods and transportation tools according to customer requirements and delivery locations. Sodium hypochlorite is a hazardous chemical. During transportation, relevant laws, regulations and transportation regulations must be observed to ensure transportation safety. For example, use a dedicated hazardous chemical transportation vehicle equipped with corresponding protective equipment and emergency rescue equipment.

2. Delivery acceptance: Deliver the product to the customer at the time and place agreed in the contract. After receiving the product, the customer will conduct an acceptance inspection to confirm whether the quantity, quality, specifications, etc. of the product meet the contract requirements. If the customer finds that there is a problem with the product, the manufacturer should deal with it in time until the customer is satisfied.

7. After-sales service

1. Technical support: Provide after-sales service to customers, including product usage guidance, technical consultation, troubleshooting, etc. If customers encounter problems in the use of sodium hypochlorite, they can contact the manufacturer at any time, and the manufacturer will arrange professional technicians to answer and guide.

2. Customer feedback: Communicate with customers regularly to understand the customer's use and satisfaction with the product, and collect customer opinions and suggestions. Based on customer feedback, continuously improve products and services to improve customer satisfaction.

3. Complaint handling: If a customer complains about a product or service, the manufacturer should attach great importance to it and investigate and handle it in a timely manner. For reasonable customer demands, we should actively solve them; for unreasonable demands, we should patiently explain to customers and strive for their understanding and support.
